First of all, happy thanksgiving.
I am grateful to have started this newsletter this year. It has given me a medium to share my technical posts and publish them online.
Second, I was not planning to share this but it ended up being a great technical discussion on many software engineering topics and worth sharing. I was part of a Twitter Space to discuss the implication of Elon Musk acquiring Twitter from an engineering perspective with Bassem, Ahmed and Mohamed. Bassem is a great host and contributor and Mohamed and Ahmed gave great insights too.
You can listen to it in full here: https://twitter.com/i/spaces/1BdxYybmBONxX?s=20
I am hoping to hear back from you in upcoming posts. Do not hesitate to push the reply button and get back to me.
Software Engineering from the Frontlines Course on Maven
If you liked this article, I will be teaching a “Mastering Software Engineering” course on Maven where I will teach hard-learned lessons I acquired developing large-scale products at companies such as Uber, Airbnb, and Microsoft.
Ever since Elon Musk took over Twitter, he has made nothing but bad judgment.
He is going to lose his firm and it gets much worse when he allowed the Donald Trump and his cronies back on Twitter.
